John R. LoConte, Principal and Co-Founder of KDSA Consulting, LLC is a Certified Public Accountant who has specialized in delivering Managed IT Services for over twenty years. Through the introduction of a highly successful technology support model that balances scheduled on-site visibility, remote back-office support and high level strategic consulting, John has guided clients away from re-active crisis IT management with a structured and people-friendly approach to all aspects of Information Technology Services.

Before founding KDSA Consulting, John was the Director of Information Technology Services for the Boston Technology Group of RSM McGladrey and its predecessor Mullen & Company. While establishing a managed service practice at McGladrey, he was also responsible for both internal network administration and the development of a fully automated human services reporting system that performed complex allocation processes, eliminated significant data input time and provided diagnostic reporting that dramatically decreased administrative and procedural deficiencies.

Upon graduating Summa Cum Laude from Merrimack College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, John subsequently earned a Masters of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College and is a Certified Microsoft Dynamics™ GP consultant.John has spoken at many conferences on information technology for the Not-for-Profit, Health and Human Services and Long-Term Care sectors and serves on the Mass Aging Financial Strategies Task Force.

He has also authored a number of articles and a Guide to Software Accounting Systems for Long-Term Care. In addition, he has created industry database report analyses for organizations such as the Massachusetts Council of Human Service Providers, the Massachusetts Association of Approved Chapter 766 Schools, and Mass Aging.
