Wayne LeBlanc, CIO β Institute for Developmental Disabilities, Inc. (IDDI)
"We have 24/7 responsibility for a lot of severely disabled kids. Along with the job comes literally tens of thousands of documents that our organization must maintain - documents from social workers, physical therapists, nurses, doctors, and administrative staff. All of the paperwork is stored and housed on hardware that KDSA has installed and maintained. A few times a month they come in and check things out to make sure everything is running smoothly. They have basically assumed all responsibility for our network hardware, as well as any programming that might have to be done on that hardware, maintaining hardware updates, and assisting on special projects such as software installations. KDSA's job, ultimately, is to back me up in every way possible from a technology perspective. And they do it extremely well."
For over 50 years, IDDI has provided quality, comprehensive services to children and adults with severe-to-profound disabilities. IDDI recognizes that no two individuals are alike, and every aspect of our community is designed to support and enhance an individual's unique social, emotional, physical and educational development.
